I’m here to offer a supportive space where we can untangle the challenges that may be weighing you down. Life can be complex, and sometimes we need a bit of help to make sense of things—whether it’s a particular struggle you’re facing right now or a deeper pattern that keeps showing up. Therapy is a place where we can explore what’s going on, understand its impact, and find ways to move forward that feel right for you.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before coming to therapy. You don’t even need to be able to put into words exactly what’s wrong. Sometimes, it’s just a sense that something isn’t working, that something needs attention. That’s enough.

My approach is warm, practical, and thoughtful. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches—including Person-Centred Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Focusing-Oriented Therapy—to tailor our work to what you need. We’ll go at a pace that feels manageable, whether you’re looking for short-term support or deeper exploration.

I work with people facing a range of challenges, including:

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, and feeling stuck

  • Depression and low mood

  • Self-doubt and self-criticism

  • Parenting struggles

  • Grief, loss, and loneliness

  • Feeling disconnected from your work or purpose

  • Difficulties in relationships and communication
